1. You build the whole listing from one video?+
Yes. One phone walkthrough replaces the photo shoot — we pull the frames and edit the selected images. You can also skip the video and send phone photos you have already taken; we correct those the same way. Either way you get the finished photos with your listing copy and, if you supply a 2D plan, a 3D floor plan. The package does not include a finished video.
2. So this replaces my photographer?+
For the photos, yes — you film the walkthrough yourself instead of booking a shoot. We capture and edit the frames and deliver the finished set with the listing copy and an optional floor plan.
3. What if my footage is dark, vertical and cluttered?+
That is the normal starting point. We relight the room, balance blown-out windows, straighten verticals and lens distortion, and remove clutter, cables and reflections. Every image is reviewed before it reaches you.
4. How fast is one listing?+
A 24-hour clock starts when your first walkthrough upload finishes. You can see the status and due time in your dashboard, and you get an email when the listing is ready to review.
5. Will the staging look fake or get me in trouble?+
Every photo starts from your real walkthrough — we correct rooms, we do not invent them. You review the full delivery in your portal, download it, and request changes whenever something is not right. Check each edited image and add whatever disclosure the portal you publish on requires.
6. Does it work for off-plan, rentals and sales?+
Yes. We record property type, occupancy, price and the other listing details either way. If there is no walkthrough to film — off-plan being the usual case — agree the source material and scope with us before you order.
