This Privacy Policy applies when you visit ryselist.com, use the Ryselist portal, submit a property, place an order, contact us or otherwise use Ryselist. Belvair AI LLC is responsible for personal information it collects for its own business purposes. Business customers may also provide information about their agents, staff, clients, property contacts or other people and are responsible for having permission to provide that information. Use of Ryselist is also governed by the Ryselist Terms of Service, linked in the footer of this site.
2. Information we collect
We may collect business contact and account information, including your name, work email address, phone number, agency, role and portal activity; order and service information, including the services requested, instructions and transaction status; property information, including listing links, community, building or project, property type, price, size, occupancy, furnishing and other listing facts; content you submit, including walkthrough videos, photos, floor plans, notes, change requests and attachments; communications with us; and technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, security events, diagnostic data and cookie or similar identifiers. Submitted media may include images, voices or other information about people shown in or connected with a property. Payment providers process card and bank details under their own terms and privacy notices, and we may receive related records such as payment status and transaction identifiers.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and deliver Ryselist; create and manage portal accounts; receive property submissions; process uploaded media with human and AI-assisted tools; produce, review and deliver listing assets; communicate about orders, account access, security and support; administer quotes, orders and payments where applicable; maintain and improve the website, portal and production workflow; prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents; enforce our agreements; comply with law; and establish or defend legal claims. We may send relevant business marketing, and you can opt out at any time without affecting service messages.
4. Uploaded media and AI-assisted processing
We use uploaded videos, photos, floor plans, property facts and instructions to produce and deliver the services requested. This work may involve automated and AI-assisted image and text tools. Our team and service providers may access inputs and outputs only as needed to operate, review, secure, support or deliver Ryselist. Customers should avoid including personal information that is not needed for the order and must have the rights and permissions required to provide submitted content. We do not use customer property media to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not permit our processing providers to train their models on it.
5. How we share information
We may share information with vendors that help us provide Ryselist, such as cloud hosting and storage, content delivery and security, AI and media processing, email, customer support, analytics and payment services. They receive information only for the services they provide to us and are expected to protect it. We may also share information with professional advisers; with a buyer, investor or successor in a business transaction; when you direct or authorize us to do so; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse or respond to valid legal process. We do not sell or rent personal information.
6. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Ryselist, maintain the customer relationship, keep the portal and delivered work available, provide support, secure the service, comply with accounting or legal duties, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention may vary by the type of information and the customer arrangement. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to backup cycles, legal holds and other lawful requirements. You may contact us about deletion of account information or submitted media.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. These include access controls, authentication, logging and safeguards provided by our hosting and storage vendors. Access to customer content is limited to people and systems that need it for authorized work. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep portal access and email codes private, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us. You can manage cookies through your browser and any choices provided on the site. Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal information, access it, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy or opt out of certain sale, targeted-advertising or profiling activities. 10. International data transfers
Belvair AI LLC is a United States company, and information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our team or service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we use reasonable contractual or other safeguards for international transfers. Customers outside the United States may have additional rights under their local law.
11. Business customers and children
Ryselist is designed for real-estate professionals and other business customers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Ryselist, our providers, business practices or applicable law. We will post the updated version here, change the last-updated date and give additional notice when required by law.
13. Delaware law and venue
This Privacy Policy and disputes relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a law that cannot be waived requires otherwise.
